Contact MD to PDF
This is a small, independently run tool, so there is no ticketing system or live chat — just email. Bug reports, conversion problems, and feature requests that fit the tool's scope are all genuinely welcome.
hello@convertmarkdowntopdf.comReporting a conversion problem
Conversion issues are much easier to fix when they can be reproduced. If a document didn't convert the way you expected, it helps to include:
- Which directionMarkdown to PDF, or PDF to Markdown.
- A small sampleThe few lines of Markdown that render incorrectly, or a description of the PDF — text-based or scanned, single or multi-column, roughly how many pages.
- What you expectedWhat the output should have looked like, versus what you got.
- Your browserChrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge, and roughly which version.
Please don't send confidential documents as attachments. A short excerpt that reproduces the problem is more useful and keeps your file private.
Feature requests
Suggestions that make the two core conversions better — more Markdown syntax, cleaner PDF output, better structure detection when converting PDF to Markdown — are the most likely to happen. Requests for accounts, cloud storage, or team features are not planned, for the reasons set out on the about page.
Before you write
Many common questions are already answered in the FAQ on the converter page, including which Markdown syntax is supported, whether tables and code blocks survive the conversion, and why scanned PDFs behave differently. Questions about data handling are covered in the privacy policy.
Response time
There is no dedicated support team behind this tool, so replies typically take a few days rather than a few hours. Every message is read. Thanks for your patience.
